Prestressed Concrete Box Beam & I-Beam Division

We can offer production, design, and erection services for bridge decks and other specialized applications. Shop drawing examples can be provided that would give the reader an idea of the capabilities of our Prestressed division. We have experience in Design Build projects, and all forms of contract compliance on public and private projects. We will provide support for the use of our products from start to finish.

The Box Beam sections that are offered in typical design are: 12”, 17”, 21”, 27”, 33”, 39”, and 42” in depth; we offer widths of 36” and 48”. With various combinations of 36” and 48” beams, almost any width of deck is possible.

The I-Beam sections that are offered are the AASHTO type-2, type-3, type-4, and ODOT Modified type-4 sections up to a height of 78” with top flange widths of 3’ and 4’. Other top flange widths can be provided with appropriate lead times.

The design specifications and loading capabilities are typically per AASHTO and ODOT design standards. However, specialized loading can be accommodated through proper design and detailing.
